Who Can Shop Early?  Check out all of the options below and we will see you at the sale!

Please note: Passes are required for all Presales.Team Member and Consignor are picked up at Drop Off or emailed.  All other passes are available for purchase or download via a link as indicated below.

Team Member: You get to shop first. The more you help out at the sale, the earlier you shop!

Consign: All consignors receive a presale pass for them and a friend to shop at the consignor shopping time!

Prime Time shopping:  If you do not qualify for one of JBF's free presales, you don't have to miss out on the chance to shop first.  The cost for this special shopping opportunity is $12 per person in advance or $15 at the door.  You get to shop after the Consignor Shopping Time. You can purchase your prime time shopping pass in advance to secure your spot to shop this special PreSale Shopping Time.

First Time Parents and Grandparents: If you are expecting your first child or grandchild or have had your first child or grandchild in the last 12 months, you qualify!

Foster/Adoptive Parents: Thank you for caring for our community's children!  You get a special presale shopping time at our sales!

Military Families:  We can't begin to express the gratitude and appreciation that we have for your service and sacrifice. As a way of saying "thank you", we invite members of our military and/or spouses to shop early.  Your military ID is required for admittance along with your presale pass.

Teachers: Because of all the hard work that you do, we kindly invite teachers to shop during our presale.  Whether shopping for the classroom or your own homeschooled children, come see what JBF is all about!  Be sure to register as a pass is required for you to attend the presale. Your Teacher ID is required for admittance.

Fundraise With JBF!

Need a fundraiser for your organization?... We have 3 EASY Options For you:

1.  At our JBF Bay Area Events, we love helping area associations and groups by being a fundraising partner!

Want to earn some money for your school and/or PTA/PTO?  Use JBF as a fundraiser, it's easy!

We provide you with flyers that are specifically for your school.  You pass them out to all of the students, faculty, families, etc.  They bring them with them to shop and turn them in at checkout.  We give you a % of the sales from everyone that turned them in at the sale!  Interested in learning more?  Contact us today!

2. Collect Donated Items & Consign for Your Group to Raise Funds!
Just Between Friends is your answer to the traditional fundraisers! JBF has a win-win for you and your group or organization. All you need to do is:
1.Sign up and get a consignor number for your group.
2.Select a JBF coordinator for your group.
3.The coordinator can collect and tag sale items for your group like a single consignor would normally, and bring them items to the sale during the drop-off period for the event.

At the end of the sale, your group or organization will receive a check for 60% of all items sold, less the $15 consignor fee. If someone from your group joins our team to help out at the sale for at least 4 hours, your group can earn 10% more! This is an easy way to raise funds for your group and to help everyone clean out their closets in the process. Questions? Contact us so we can put cash into your organization!

3.  Group Service Fundraising Opportunity
We are accepting nominations for an organization to help us at the JBF Sale in return for a $250 donation to the organization or a cause that the organization supports! We'd love to have an ongoing relationship with this organization, which provides a fundraising potential of $500 per year if your group participates in both of our events!
For the donation, we ask the organization to commit 10 or more individuals (age 14 or older) to help at the JBF Sale for the breakdown and unsold item sorting process. The volunteers would need to be able to do a fair amount of moving clothing and other items around and sort them according to our instructions - requiring good attention to detail. This group will supplement a group of 20+ volunteers who we recruit through our volunteer schedule as it is a big undertaking to get everything sorted! We will plan to provide late-afternoon meal and refreshments to the group who participates. Contact us for more info!



YES! We have vendor opportunities!  We see thousands of shoppers at our event. If your business or organization is family minded we have opportunities for you to reach our audience.
